What brought you here?
After years in the high-pressure world of Recruitment and HR, I saw a recurring pattern: brilliant professionals were "winning" on paper but losing their sense of self. They had the right tools but lacked the psychological stamina to navigate a volatile market without burning out.
I joined Mentorspot because I believe mentorship shouldn't just be about "landing the job"—it should be about building a sustainable career. I wanted a platform where I could offer my dual expertise to a global community, helping people master the market while staying true to their core values. I’m here to foster a generation of workers who are as mentally resilient as they are professionally capable.

Consistency & Communication: Respect for time is a core value. I expect timely communication and a commitment to the "homework" or tactical tools we discuss between sessions.
Vulnerability: You don't have to have it all figured out—that’s why I’m here. I expect honesty about your fears, burnout, or where you feel "stuck" so we can work on Core Renewal rather than just a surface-level fix.
